TRAC has been forced to cancel the resumption of toll fee collection on the N4 today, specifically at the Maputo toll gate, because users refuse to pay.
The Rapid Intervention Unit (UIR) was called to intervene to quell the unrest, but the concessionaire decided to leave the toll gates open.
It should be noted that toll collection had been suspended in recent weeks during the post-election unrest.
