The national market is suffering from a fuel shortage, largely caused by the increased demand over the weekend in some provinces of the country, Notícias reports.
The information was provided to ‘Notícias’ by the secretary general of the Mozambican Association of Fuel Companies (AMEPETROL), Ricardo Cumbe, who said that the problem would be resolved by the end of the day.
A survey carried out by the Noticias reporting team found that more than five fuel stations were suffering from a shortage of the product, while those with stock had queues of customers lining up to buy.
