The National Hydrocarbon Company (ENH) has new executive directors since this Tuesday (26-11). They are Monica Juvane, from the Research and Production Secretariat; Acácio Langa, from the Commercial and New Business Secretariat; Lovemore Chibaya, from the Administration and Finance Secretariat; and Nelson Cossa, from the Engineering and Project Development Secretariat, all of whom were appointed as the term of office of the former directors came to an end.
The nominations were made at the ENH General Assembly led by the chair of the State Holdings Management Institute (IGEPE), Ana Coanai, who also presided over the inauguration ceremony.
The IGEPE chairperson thanked the outgoing directors for their commitment and dedication, which drove many improvements in the company, and wished the new members of the Board of Directors success, highlighting that ENH is a reference company, with a mandate that must be followed rigorously, and reiterating IGEPE’s usual willingness to assist the company whenever necessary.
In turn, ENH chairperson Ludovina Bernardo said that the appointment of new directors was part of a dynamic management process with a view to ensuring the continued implementation of the vision and growth of the company and the country.
She also wished the new managers success and asked all workers for collaboration in this new management cycle, and thanked the outgoing managers for their support and contribution to company performance during their term of office.
