The Council of Ministers in its 34th ordinary session yesterday considered and approved the Regulation of the Law on Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, applicable to individual entrepreneurs and duly constituted commercial companies.
This decree aims to ensure the effective implementation of Law no. 7/2024, of June 6, and applies to individual entrepreneurs and duly constituted commercial companies.
The executive also considered and approved this Tuesday the decree approving the regulation for the assessment and control of occupational exposures to physical, chemical and biological risk agents.
The regulation establishes the legal framework for assessing and controlling occupational exposure to physical, chemical and biological risk agents and applies to all activities that present exceptional risks of accidents at work or occupational diseases, namely, health, construction, mineral extraction industry, agriculture, forestry, fishing, manufacturing industry, metallurgy, production or use of toxic products, oil and gas, transportation of explosives and production and distribution of electricity and water.
At the same cabinet meeting, the government also assessed information on the preparations for the 2024-25 festive season.
