Mozambique: Junior researchers receive funding at HCM

The Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation praised the work carried out by UNICEF in defending and protecting the rights of children in Mozambique and meeting their basic needs.
Manuel Gonçalves was speaking this Wednesday in Maputo at the ceremony of the presentation of credentials by the new UNICEF Representative to Mozambique , Mary Louise Eagleton.
On the occasion, Vice-Minister Manuel Gonçalves praised the support provided by UNICEF in humanitarian assistance and special care for children affected by terrorism in Cabo Delgado.
A statement received by our newsroom indicates that the vice-minister also expressed the desire to see the existing cooperation between Mozambique and UNICEF in favour of the well-being of Mozambican children strengthened.
