Mozambique: Former president Guebuza backs talks between Chapo and Mondlane

Former Mozambican Finance Minister Manuel Chang will be sentenced in New York on November 20, 2024. According to a publication by Zitamar News, the decision was made by a judge in New York City, in the United States.
Citing a communication from the US court, Zitamar reports that Manuel Chang is trying to obtain his medical records from the Metropolitan Detention Centre, the federal prison where he is being held, as part of the case before his sentencing.
