From this Wednesday, July 3rd, vehicle traffic on the Maputo Avenida Marginal section between Clube Marítimo and Costa do Sol will span three lanes.
The new traffic dispensation will be in force between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, a municipality statement (below) explains.
In the same document, the Council also announces the definitive introduction of the recently tested fourth lane on the section between Rua Acordos de Nkomati and Gloria Hotel, between 6:00 am and 8:00 am.
The municipality says that the measures will improve traffic flow, especially during rush hours.
