Portugal Former FC Porto president Pinto da Costa dies aged 87

Real Madrid forward and Portugal captain, Cristiano Ronaldo, has won the UEFA Best Player In Europe award for the 2015/2016 season.
Ronaldo beat off competition from club team-mate Gareth Bale and Atletico Madrid forward, Antoine Griezman.
Ronaldo was the top scorer in last season’s Champions League as Real Madrid won their 11th title in the competition. He also captained Portugal to their first-ever European Championship title in July, scoring three goals along the way.
It is the second time Ronaldo will be crowned the best player in Europe after first winning it in 2014.
Barcelona and Argentina skipper, Lionel Messi, won last year’s award.
Past winners of the European award include Andreas Iniesta and Franck Ribery
In the women’s category, Ada Hegerberg from Sweden was awarded European Women Player of the Year.
