Mozambique: Highway Code reforms include reducing speed limits

In the week which has just ended, the 3rd squadron of the police operative force of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM) arrested a 30-year-old citizen charged with attempted kidnapping.
According to the data provided today by the General Command of the PRM, in a statement, the foiled kidnap attempt would have occurred on the 19th of the current month, Friday.
Abudul Satar Momed, born in Nampula, would have been, according to the PRM, the victim who escaped the kidnapping.
