The Portuguese city of Porto will host the Mozambique-Portugal Business Forum on April 15, focusing on oil and gas, agro-industry, construction and renewable energy, a bulletin from the Confederation of Economic Associations of Mozambique (CTA) announces.
The CTA says the April forum will also discuss the finance and services, transport and logistics, industry and tourism sectors in both countries.
The event had initially been scheduled for November 3, 2023, to take place in parallel with the 6th Portugal-Mozambique summit, which did not take place.
The CTA note indicates that, in addition to participating in the forum, a Mozambican business mission will visit Lisbon and Porto between April 10th and 15th.
The arrival of the mission is scheduled for April 10th and visits to companies will be carried out between the 11th and 12th, the CTA says.
