All complaints arising from the implementation of the Single Salary Table (TSU) must be forwarded to the Multisectoral Framework Commission created by the government with the specific mission of clarifying doubts, resolving conflicts and correcting possible anomalies.
The guidance was given yesterday by Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance, Amílcar Tivane, at a press conference called in Maputo to publicise the stage of application of this instrument.
Presided over by the minister who oversees the state’s human resources department, the commission, with a one-year mandate, is responsible for dealing with issues raised in any way, individually or collectively.
It has 15 days, counting from the date of receipt of the complaint, to respond to the petitioner(s), which response may result in the correction of the framework.
