Moçambola sixth round postponed due to air travel "constraints"

Boxer Alcinda Panguana has become the first Mozambican athlete to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, by getting through to the final of the 66 kg event in Dakar, Senegal.
Panguana won the semi-final against Brigitte Tsheusir from the Democratic Republic of Congo on Thursday (14-09), the two finalists in the category stamping their passports for the Olympics in Paris, France.
This is the second time that Panguana has managed to qualify for the biggest sporting event on the planet, having also made it to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Alcinda Panguana was runner-up in the World Championship and is the current African champion in her category.
