Mozambique: Toll fees go up in the Moamba toll plaza on N4, Maputo province

This Friday, the Moamba toll plaza, in Maputo province, has started to charge new rates.

Toll rates increased from 210 to 240 meticais for class 1 vehicles, from 530 to 600 meticais for class 2vehicles. Class 3 vehicles now pay 1,200 meticais, against the previous 1,150, while for class 4 vehicles, the hike is from 1,600 to 1,800 meticais.

Fenias Mazive, manager at Trans African Concessions Pty Ltd ][TracN4 Toll Route] , the c company that manages national highway number 4 (N4), told Rádio Moçambique that this price hike that does not cover semi-collective and public transportation vehicles.
