A religious sect from Zimbabwe stands accused of preventing believers from benefiting from health care in Tete province.
The information was shared by the District Director of Health, Women and Social Action in Tete, Regina André, who added that the situation notably prevailed in terms of compliance with vaccination coverage.
The Johane Marange sect is also accused of promoting premature marriages.
