Two Municipal workers die after falling into sewer box in Maputo

Two employees of the Municipal Council of Maputo City, capital of Mozambique, died after falling into a sewer tank during cleaning on Wednesday, it was reported this Saturday.
The incident occurred on Mao Tse Tung Avenue, during the unclogging of the black water of a sewer box, says the note from the municipality of Maputo, quoted Saturday by the Notícias newspaper .
One of the workers slipped and fell inside the sewer box the other tried to help his colleague and fell too.
The two men, employees of the Municipal Directorate of Infrastructure, were transported to the Maputo Central Hospital (HCM), but succumbed to their injuries and died.
