Sasol Mozambique this Tuesday, November 22nd, marked another step in its contribution to the country’s development when it handed over, at an event hosted by President of the Republic, Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, the brand-new Inhassoro Professional Training Centre.
This infrastructure, costing around US$17.5 million, has five 20-seat classrooms and three fully equipped workshops – for mechanical and electrical engineering and welding. It also has an administrative block, a sports field and a residential block with six houses.
Sasol President and CEO, Fleetwood Grobler, said on the occasion that the Inhassoro Professional Training Centre represented a beacon of hope for many young people in the region, and would help build human capacity in the country.
