‘Passos de volta à vida de Lizete Chirrime’ – Fundraising Fair @ Franco | Maputo
The Franco-Moçambicano in Maputo is hosting on Saturday (Nov. 19), a fundraising fair in solidarity with Mozambican artist Lizette Chirrime.

Lizette underwent hip surgery in September 2020. Recently, after extensive visits and medical opinions, as she was complaining of pain in the area where she had undergone the procedure, it was confirmed that there is an infection in her hip bone, and that a replacement surgery is necessary.
Yasheda Hospital in India is the most cost-effective and reputable medical provider willing to perform this surgery, whose costs are budgeted at 18,000 USD.

Currently, she has been in a constant state of pain which negatively affects her mobility, quality of life, and ability to do the work she loves so much.
