Mozambique: Two women die in separate crocodile attacks in Sofala

Two women died in crocodile attacks on the Zambezi river in Sofala province over the weekend, an official source announced.
The incidents took place in the districts of Chemba and Caia, police spokesman Marilto Peralto said, quoted by Radio Mozambique.
The police spokesperson said that many people had gone to river banks to cool off during the hot weather.
He urged the population to be “prudent” and “responsible” to “avoid further attacks”.
