Canadian High Commissioner bids farewell following meeting with President of Mozambique

President Filipe Nyusi this Wednesday evening dismissed the ambassadors of Mozambique in Italy, South Africa and Spain.
The ambassadors involved are Cesar Francisco de Goveia Junior (Italy), Paulino Jose Macaringue (South Africa) and Maria Manuela dos Santos Lucas (Spain).
In a separate dispatch, Filipe Nyusi appointed Santos Alvaro to represent Mozambique in Italy, while Maria Lucas departs Spain for South Africa, where she will replace General Paulino Jose Macaringue, a former Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces for the Defence of Mozambique.
