The National Elections Commission (CNE) acquired 72 vehicles for the viability of the 2023 and 2014 electoral processes in the country, Rádio Moçambique reports.
The vehicles , which are already in the country, are budgeted at 174 million meticais (around 2,691,984 US dollars, at current exchange rates].

The information was released this Thursday, in Matola, by the President of the National Elections Commission, Carlos Matsinhe, during the delivery of six vehicles to the Maputo Provincial Elections Commission.
Note that voter registration for the country’s sixth municipal elections will take place from February 20 to April 5, 2023. Municipal elections are scheduled for October 11 of the same year, and general and district elections for 2024.
