21% of LAM flights get delayed – Minister Mesquita

Minister of Transport and Communications Carlos Mesquita told parliament yesterday that 21 percent of Mozambique Airlines (LAM) flights suffer delay of one sort or another.

Answering questions from deputies, Mesquita began by talking about ground transport, reporting that the projected creation of bus lanes and an urban rail system for Maputo were at an advanced stage of analysis, before mentioning the delays afflicting LAM aircraft.
