Moderate Tropical Storm Faida headed to Mozambique

The lifeless body of a young man reported missing after the sinking in the Revúbuè river of a Navy motorboat in Tete province on Friday has been found along the river, Miramar reported on Sunday.
Thirty-year-old Lavumo Parafino was travelling on a boat undertaking the river crossing outside of recommended hours and carrying 12 persons despite being authorised to carry just six. The vessel sank.
Crossing the Revúbuè river by water was recently introduced in response to damage to the bridge that provides a road link between Tete and Moatize.
The victim, who was returning home from work, leaves behind a pregnant wife.
