Verónica Nataniel Macamo served as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Mozambique. She previously served as President of the Mozambican Parliament (from January 2010 to January 2020), becoming the first Mozambican woman to fill this post. First, she has been elected to Gaza provincial assembly and than in 1994, as Parliament Vice-President, position she held during 15 years. In 2004, she was also a member of the Pan-African Parliament.
