National Survey of Benefits and Human Capital Management
Tempus Unity will be hosting the launch of the National Survey on Benefits and Human Capital Management in Mozambique on the 23rd via Webinar.
This survey aims to provide organizations and their leaders with a broader view of the current market practices on benefits and human capital management, as well as the most common practices in Mozambique under the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
There is no cost to participate in the survey and all participants will receive a comprehensive survey report. The survey will be directed to Human Resources Directors or coordinators with benefits decision-making power. The information is treated with utmost confidentiality and we aim to have at least 120 organizations participating nationwide as well as entities from the Public, Private and NGO sectors. Only the mapped organizations will receive the link for participation. For organizations that wish to participate, we only ask that they enter their details when answering the link below.,
