The Former Combatants of the Liberation Struggle Association (ACLLIN) has rejected the Amnesty International report accusing the Defence and Security Forces of human rights violations in the Northern Operational Theatre in Cabo Delgado.
ACLLIN secretary general Fernando Faustino described the Amnesty International report as “an empty document”.
Faustino stressed that the FDS had been engaged in a close fight with terrorists who have been committing barbaric and inhuman acts in the north of Cabo Delgado.
