The Municipal Council of Beira on Wednesday (January 13) stepped up inspections of compliance with preventive measures designed to fight the coronavirus pandemic in the city.
The Municipal Police reinforced in particular inspections regarding capacity on the buses and minibuses commonly known as ‘Chapa 100’.
Also on Wednesday, the Beira City Council for Industry, Commerce, Tourism, Markets and Fairs again visited the Maquinino market to reiterate to citizens the mandatory hand washing and wearing of masks.
