Undeclared debts: PGR has not yet brought any legal action against Armando Guebuza – Radio Mozambique

Radio Moçambique reports today that the “Mozambican Public Prosecutor’s Office (PGR) clarifies that it has not, so far, initiated any legal action against former President of the Republic Armando Guebuza, following the undeclared debts under investigation by the London Court”.

According to the same source, the “Attorney General’s Office says that it has filed, in London, representing the Mozambican state, a civil suit against Bank Credit Suisse and the Privinvest group, as well as some executives of these companies”.

“A note issued by the PGR highlights the progress of the proceedings concerning the undeclared debt cases, in London,” the report concludes.

Dívidas não declaradas: Ministério Público ainda não intentou qualquer acção judicial contra Armando Guebuza

O Ministério Público moçambicano esclarece que não intentou, até ao momento, qualquer acção judicial contra o antigo presidente da República, Armando Guebuza, na sequência das dívidas não declaradas em investigação pelo Tribunal de Londres.

A Procuradoria-Geral da República (PGR) diz ter intentado em Londres, em representação do estado moçambicano uma acção cível contra o Banco Credit Suisse e o grupo Prinveste, bem como alguns executivos destas empresas.

Uma nota da PGR destaca o progresso das acções judiciais dos processos das dívidas não declaradas, em Londres.
