Mozambique: Pair arrested with 200 kg of cannabis in Moatize, Tete

Mozambique recorded, in the last 24 hours, one more death due to COVID-19, that of a 37-year-old man who was staying in an isolation centre in the city of Nampula., the Ministry of Health announced today (June 29).
The cumulative number of positive cases has risen from 859 to 883 in the past 24 hours., with 24 newly confirmed cases.
According to the National Director of Public Health, Rosa Marlene, all 24 new cases are of Mozambican nationality
The new cases announced today were detected in the provinces of Cabo Delgado, Nampula and Maputo City.
757 suspected cases were tested in the country over the last 24 hours.
Ad of Monday (June 29), the country has 883 positive cases, 810 of which are local transmissions and 73 imported.
