Mozambique: Health centre vandalized in Mogovolas

The nine-year-old boy son of a local businessman kidnapped in Beira on Wednesday was on Thursday afternoon back at home with his family.
The child was seized by a group of five armed individuals outside the family home in Alvaro Stinger Street, Ponta-Gea neighbourhood, as he and his two brothers were getting into a car to go to school. The driver was shot in the incident but is now out of danger.
Details of the child’s rescue are not known, with police unable to comment. But a family source confirmed the boy’s safe return and the veracity of post on social networks showing him with the family.
