Mozambique: President blames banks for shortage of foreign currency

The Minister of Labour and Social Security, Margarida Talapa, has announced the special working hours for individuals in Mozambique who profess the Muslim religion during the month of Ramadan.
According to a press release quoted by ‘Notícias’, the new schedule takes effect between the 25th of April and the 25th of May and stipulates the following.
Mornings: From 8:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.,
Afternoons: From 1:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m..
