Even though we seem to be isolated, that we are individualities, we are together. In many moments and situations we can feel this, when we laugh together, when we look in the same direction, when we listen to a song, when we dance or see someone dance, when we believe in the same thing, when we speak the same language, when we are in nature, when something inspires us when we are alive...
We realize that watching what we do and how we do it connects us to ourselves. Reducing the fast pace of our daily lives, the tendency of the fast and the slow, observable, integrable and harmonious. The Connection project arises from the tour of the play Connection through Greater Maputo and the interactions that arose from it.
