Mozambique: FORCOM to take government to court over Mocímboa Community Radio

Traffic will be restricted in Maputo during the Pope’s visit, the City Council has announced, so that citizens can welcome the Holy Father along the roads the Pope Mobile will travel.
The restrictions will be as follows:
Today (Wednesday 4), traffic will be restricted from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. all the way from Maputo International Airport to Avenue 19 de Outubro, Largo do Delta Sacadura Cabral, Praça dos Heróis, avenues Acordos de Lusaka, Guerra Popular, Eduardo Mondlane, Julius Nyerere and Kwame Nkrumah to the Nunciature, where the Pope will stay. On the second day of the visit (Thursday 5), Avenues Kwame Nkrumah, Armando Tivane, Mao Tse Tung, Julius Nyerere, Farol, Mártires de Mueda will be restricted from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. all the way to Palácio da Ponta Vermelha.
From 9:34 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., traffic will be prohibited on Avenues Mártires de Mueda, Farol, Julius Nyerere, 24 de Julho, Vladimir Lenine and Zedequias Manganhela all the way to the Maxaquene Pavilion. (See the map below)
From 11:00, a.m. on Thursday, Avenues Belmiro Muianga, 25 de Setembro, Aqueduto Alcântara Santos, Farol, Julius Nyerere and Kwame NKrumah all the way to the Nunciature will be closed.
From 3:00 p.m., traffic will be stopped from the Apostolic Nunciature, on Kwame Nkrumah Avenue, all the way through Kim Il Sung, Mao Tse Tung, Rua 111, Vladimir Lenine, 24 de Julho and Olof Palme to the Maputo Cathedral.
From 4:15 p.m., the blockade will extend from the Maputo Cathedral along Rua da Rádio and Avenues Patrice Lumumba, Crisanto Castiano Mitema, Amilcar Cabral, Samuel Dabula, Keneth Kaunda, Joaquim Chissano, Milagre Mabote all the way to Casa Mateus 25.
From 5:00 p.m., no circulation will be permitted from Casa Mateus 25 along Avenues Milagre Mabote, Marian NGuabi , Vladimir Lenine, Mao Tse Tung, Julius Nyerere and Kwame Nkrumah all the way to the Nunciature.
From 7:00 a.m. on the third and last day of the visit (Friday 6), traffic will be suspended from the Nunciature and along Avenues Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere, Kenneth Kaunda and Joaquim Chissano, Rua 2386 and Avenue Nelson Mandela, and Avenida de Moçambique all the way to the Zimpeto Hospital.
At 10:00 a.m. on that day, starts the blockade on the route going from the Zimpeto Hospital along Nelson Mandela Avenue and Avenida de Moçambique all the way to the Zimpeto National Stadium.
At 11:00 a.m. restrictions begin at Zimpeto National Stadium and cover Avenida de Moçambique, Rua 2526, Avenues Joaquim Chissano, Acordos de Lusaka, Sacadura Cabral and 19 de Outubro all the way to Maputo International Airport.
