TVM / Mozambican ambassador to South Africa, Paulino Macaringue
Mozambican ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, Paulino Macaringue, has said on behalf of both countries that their air spaces are open to exploitation by other airlines besides LAM and SAA.
But private operators complain that entry into the market is all but impossible because of state protection of flag carrier companies.
