About the event
As part of the cooperation between the National Research Fund (FNI) and the French Government Embassy in Maputo. FNI organizes the FNI / FSPI Project Launching Seminar to be held on 20 August 2019 at the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center in Maputo. The Seminar has as its main objective: to publicize the call for project funding in the areas of Human Social Sciences and the Environment and to present the objectives and mirrored results of the approved projects.
The event will be attended by funded project collaborators, representatives of the private and productive sector, research and higher education institutions and cooperation partners.
The event is expected to promote science and technology in general and to enhance scientific research in Mozambique, through concrete results for the solution of problems identified in each project, so as to improve the living conditions of Mozambicans through introducing new processes, implementing new knowledge and technology to be adopted by the different actors, and thus contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.
