About the event
Born in 2016, through a partnership between the Franco-Mozambican Cultural Center, Café Bar Gil Vicente and Nexta Vida Entertainment, the “Fists in the Air” Hip Hop Festival is an event focused on the enhancement of Mozambican Hip Hop, It also promotes a meeting of several provinces, thus allowing an important exchange between lovers and practitioners of the area and deepening the ties that unite the makers of Hip-Hop culture in our country.
The event that in this edition will praise the National Unity, bringing together artists from the South (Maputo, Matola and Xai-Xai), Center (Beira, Chimoio and Quelimane) and North of the country (Nampula and Pemba), with an eclectic program. including: Music, Dance, Poetry, Debates, Freestyle Battle and Hip Hop Fair, making this day a unique convivial moment in CCFM gardens.
