Mozambique's fuel import bill soars in 2024

Mozambique’s National Petroleum Company (ENH) and the Brazilian Embassy in Mozambique are hosting the 2nd Oil, Gas and Related Sectors Seminar in Maputo this Wednesday, July 3.
The event follows on from the positive results of the first, June 2018, Brazil-Mozambique Oil and Gas Seminar, also held in Maputo.
The second edition of this event will address new developments and industry perspectives, with the spotlight on research and production issues, legal aspects, local content and related sectors, among other topics.
The opening ceremony will be led by Deputy Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, Augusto de Sousa Fernando, and will be attended by Carlos Alfonso Iglésias Puente, Brazilian Ambassador to Mozambique, Omar Mithá, CEO and Chairman of ENH Mozambique, and relevant stakeholders.
