Participants will have the opportunity to explore the untouched beauty of island nature and wildlife. All race distances will start at the Bazaruto Run Village with participants of the 10 and 21-kilometre trail runs running through the towering Bazaruto dunes. There will be a winner’s prize giving ceremony and the day will end off with a family brunch and picnic for participants to enjoy after the run, with entertainment.
A complimentary boat shuttle will be available for day participants and will depart at 06h00 from Vilankulo and Inhassoro to Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort and the meeting point will be at Dona Ana hotel. Participants need to book their transfers when they are registering for the race.
Guests who wish to stay on the island can experience tropical beauty and gourmet dining with special rates which include accommodation, meals, non-motorised water activities and boat transfers.
