About the event
António Lisboa, best known in the world of art and culture for Ras Tony, was born in Mozambique in the province of Gaza, Guijá - Caniçada District. The gift and passion for music awakens in itself the desire to instill in the mind of society, the need for good human coexistence in the spirit of morality. He went through several countries in Africa and Europe where he created groups such as: Way Out (England), The Master (Spain), O.C.B. (Swaziland), African Composicion (Swaziland), Maputo Land (Maputo) and worked with various Mozambican artists in the diaspora as well as Europeans and West Africa.
He recorded his first album called "Roots Music" on Rádio Moçambique; The second, called "Summer Holiday" recorded with Banda Maputo Land; the third album Kula Muzaya is a product with 13 tracks that not only sells in the commercial perspective, but transmits social values that emanate civic pillars that contribute to that we have a better Mozambique. The musician, composer and singer Ras Tony, known from our national and international musical panorama, sat at the prestigious Paris Studio in Cape Town, South Africa, to give birth to this record work with the participation of internationally renowned musicians.
