About the event
Melomaníacos is a band formed by rapper Beto Beethoven, Alize and former members of rock band Self Esteem: Stivan Kap`Chand (guitarist), Dino Simões (drummer) and Riaaz Issufo, former member of the band DWD .
Since its genesis in December 2013, the Melomaníacos have taken their music with great influences in the genres rap and rock to several shows in Maputo. The musical style of the band is RapCore or Rap Rock and Hard Core Hip Hop, with great influences from groups like Rage Against The Machine, Wu-Tang Clan, Public Enemy, NWA among others.
The group is currently preparing for the release of an album of originals.
