The governor of Cabo Delgado, Julio Parruque, hopes more industries will come to the district of Balama as a result of graphite now being extracted there.
Governor Parruque is appealing to the population to organize themselves into associations so as to take advantage of the business opportunities offered by the graphite company there.
The governor of Cabo Delgado issued these appeals on his latest visit to the district, where he announced that his executive was working with the graphite holding company on setting up a pencil manufacturing factory in the district.
