About the book
The rabbit is a very popular character in the Mozambican tradition, symbolizing cleverness. The girl Mbila, main character of this story of Rogério Manjate, is fascinated by the bedtime stories of the rabbit that her mother tells to her. One day, when she arrives from school, she finds a gray rabbit on the porch of her house, and for her, this animal can not help but be "that rabbit".
This story was first published in Mozambique by EPM-CELP, Acacia Collection in 2008, as Mbila and the bunny and in 2010 by Editora Attica, in Brazil with this same title that now in 2019 is again presented to the public of Mozambique.
