Maputo City Council gears up to ban 15-seater ‘Chapas’ and ‘My Loves’

Maputo Municipal Council intends to ban passenger transport in 15-seater mini buses (commonly known as ‘Chapas’) and in the open vans known as ‘My Love’.
The municipality’s Mobility, Transport and Traffic Department is holding a press conference on Friday where the measures, taken within the framework of the Transport Master Plan, will be announced.
