With the opening of National Road Number 6 on Sunday, it is now possible to enter the city of Beira by land, INGC reports on its Facebook page.
The photos here show the first vehicles to use the restored connection to once again bring goods and people to Beira.
This development is also crucial for surrounding districts, such as Dondo, Nhamatanda and Buzi.
