Mozambique’s Attorney General’s Office has filed a lawsuit against Credit Suisse, Privinvest and three former Privinvest employees in the High Court of Justice Queens Bench Division, Commercial Court in London reports Mozambican NGO Centre of Public Integrity (CIP) on Twitter.

According to CIP Facebook page, the lawsuit is against the main creditor of the hidden debts, Credit Suisse International, Credit Suisse AG, its former employees involved in the debts, Surjan Singh, Andrew Pearse and Deltina Subeva. It is also against the main suppliers of military and tuna fishing equipment, Privinvest Shipbuilding, Abu Dhabi Mar, Logistics International Investments.

O processo é contra o principal credor das dívidas ocultas, a Credit Suisse International, Credit Suisse AG, seus antigos funcionários envolvidos nas dívidas, Surjan Singh, Andrew Pearse e Deltina Subeva. É ainda contra os principais fornecedores dos equipamentos militaras e de pesca de atum, Privinvest Shipbuilding, Abu Dhabi Mar, Logistics International Investments
