A gang of unidentified robbers has raided a petrol station in Tete’s Tsangano district.
The eight armed individuals struck on Sunday night, shooting the manager and beating a security guard.
According to a police spokesman, after immobilising the workers, the robbers seized an amount of Malawian kwachas and fled.
Two pump attendants were seriously injured. The police say they are on the trail of those responsible.
