Mozambique: Biofuels' use could boost domestic farmers, save foreign currency

Ncondezi Energy Ltd said Friday that it continues to engage with the liaison committee, setup and chaired by the Mozambican Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy, to agree the updated project work program and timetable for its coal mine project in Tete.
The company expects to finalise the process in January, with completion of the binding joint development agreement targeted for the first quarter of 2019.
At the end of November, the coal exploration company finalised and submitted to the committee the work programme and timetable for its 300 megawatt power and coal mine project.
Ncondezi Energy shares were trading down 1.0% at 4.95 pence each on Friday.
