Maputo hosts International Oil and Gas Conference today

The city of Maputo is hosting an international oil and gas conference today.
The conference, organised by the Chamber and Commerce of Mozambique, aims, among other objectives, to publicise business opportunities in the oil and gas sector.
Topice to be addressed include, among others: “The development of local content in the oil and gas sector”, “What added value will the oil and gas sector bring to Mozambique?”, “Performance of SMEs in the oil and gas sector”, and “Inclusivity gains in the oil and gas value chain”.
The International Oil and Gas Conference is held under the motto: “Empowering the active participation of SMEs in the oil and gas sector”.
