Mozambique’s TDM and mcel appoint directors to lead merger

TDM and mcel have appointed 13 directors to carry out the transformation and merger of Mozambique’s two state-owned fixed and mobile companies, the company said in a statement.
The new directors were selected through an independent process, led by a panel consisting of TDM/mcel management, professionals from various companies and institutions of national and foreign renown.
