Carlos Fernando Tange artistically known as ”CEF”, is an Angolan R&B singer and composer born 30th June 1986. He started singing when he was 10 years old at a choir in Boa Nova chuch and due to his older siblings influence. During his childhood he listened to American music from artists such as Boyz 2 mean, KC and Jojo, Joe Thomas, R. Kelly and Stevie Wonder.
