Mozambique spent €1M a day on car imports in 2023
Béata U. Habyarimana, Minister of Trade and Industry of Rwanda, visited this morning (14.12.2021), the Mozambique Stand in Kigali, Republic of Rwanda.
The visit was inserted in the context of the official opening of the 24th edition of Rwanda International Trade Fair, taking place in Kigali, since the 9th of December, ending on the 30th of December 2021.
It should be noted that a Mozambican Delegation headed by the Director General of the Investment and Export Promotion Agency (APIEX), Gil Bires, participating in the event to promote investment opportunities from Mozambique, as well as export potential.
The Delegation comprises of staff from the Ministry of Industry and Trade; the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy; Ministry of the Sea, Inland Waters and Fisheries through INFRAPESCA; Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources through the Fund for Housing Development (FFH) and the Water Supply Investment and Assets Fund (FIPAG); Zambezi Valley Development Agency; National Tourism Authority (INATUR), among other institutions. Also part of the delegation are companies that intend to establish partnerships in that country.
